Caregiver/CNA

Responsibilities: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse - Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques - Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients - Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Respect and uphold patient rights and confidentiality Experience: - Experience in dementia care, hospice care, or working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred - Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus - Familiarity with resident rights and first aid protocols is beneficial - Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is desirable - Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
