Addeco is hiring for a Retail Warehouse Associate supports both the retail sales floor and the back?of?house warehouse operations at the Tanger Outlets San Marcos. This role requires someone who is hardworking, dependable, and able to take initiative. Responsibilities include assisting customers, unloading and loading vehicles, moving product to the floor, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations- Unload inbound vehicles and shipments- Move, stage, and stock products in the warehouse- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy- Unbox and prep product for retail readiness- Assemble furniture or product displays as needed- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization- Assist with customer pickups and loading- Transport merchandise to and from the sales floorRetail Support- Assist customers on the sales floor- Replenish product and support daily store operations- Communicate with the store team and managers- Support events, special projects, and general business needs- Demonstrate strong customer service and professionalismClient Interaction- Communicate professionally with store leadership- Provide updates on inventory, stock, and warehouse tasks- Ensure a positive customer and client experienceQualifications- Recent warehouse, retail, or general labor experience- Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly- Comfortable interacting with customers- Able to work independently and take initiative- Experience with pallet jacks or basic warehouse equipment (preferred)- Ability to assemble furniture or handle manual tasks- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working weekends- Basic inventory knowledge (cycle counts, stock checks)Ideal Candidate Traits- Hardworking and self?directed- Strong customer service and communication skills- Physically capable of warehouse lifting and movement- Team?oriented with a positive attitude- Able to support both warehouse and retail operations**From:** Jennifer Hoh**Sent:** Thursday, January 29, 2026 9:11 AM**To:** Shelly Alsgaard ; Deb McNally-Koops**Cc:** Zach Aeschliman**Subject:** RE: URGENT!
