IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have the ability to: * Research and interpret data to develop clear, actionable recommendations. * Manage multiple programs, deadlines, and high‐volume workflows accurately. * Communicate effectively when preparing reports, presenting information, and working with staff, residents, and outside agencies. * Provide responsive customer service for maintenance requests, public inquiries, and counter support. * Learn new systems, support ERP functions, and maintain website and ADA standards. * Maintain strong attention to detail in tracking grants, contracts, position control changes, and documentation. * Collaborate across divisions and support recruitment and staff coverage needs. * Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‐paced environment. * Apply knowledge of budgeting and municipal operations, including purchasing and contract administration.
