Your day-to-day will involve:Sample Management: Retrieving, logging, and tracking product samples in internal databases with high accuracy.Quality Support: Performing basic inspections and dissections of physical samples to ensure they meet standards.Consumer Connection: Following up directly with customers regarding product complaints to provide top-tier support.Documentation: Keeping everything organized by logging all findings and interactions into our systems.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and ready to jump in!Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "getting it right" and following structured processes.Tech Literacy: You are comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic database entry.Great Communicator: You can handle consumer interactions with empathy and professionalism.Experience: Backgrounds in sample handling, inventory control, quality, or customer service are ideal.Ready to get started?
