HR AssociateThe HR Associate supports the end-to-end talent acquisition process and drives employer branding execution to attract high-quality creative and business talent.
This role is responsible for operational excellence in recruitment and executing employer branding initiatives.
1. Recruitment Execution & Coordination
Support end-to-end recruitment processes across departments
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative networks
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers
Manage offer documentation and pre-joining formalities
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/HR system
2. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
Create and post job advertisements aligned with brand tone
Support content creation for careers page and social platforms
Coordinate employer branding campaigns and hiring drives
Capture employee stories and workplace moments for talent marketing
Assist in organizing campus drives and recruitment events
3. Candidate Experience Management
Ensure timely communication with candidates
Provide a smooth and professional interview experience
Manage feedback collection from candidates and hiring managers
Maintain strong candidate relationship pipelines
4. Recruitment Reporting & Support
Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline status
Prepare weekly recruitment status reports
Support data collection for hiring analytics and workforce planning

Essential skills, knowledge or experience:
12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Attention to detail and process discipline
Strong stakeholder interaction skills
Ability to work independently in a remote work setting
Desirable skills, knowledge or experience:
Experience in creative, marketing, or digital environments
Exposure to employer branding or social media content creation
Familiarity with sourcing tools
Experience working with HRIS or ATS
Required education and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
HR internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is preferred
