Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Hollywood, FL. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, including managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, enforcing community policies, and fostering positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff. Additional responsibilities include conducting property inspections, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve the overall resident experience. Qualifications Strong skills in property management, including budget management, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversightKnowledge of regulatory compliance, property inspections, and operational efficiencyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with residents and team membersOrganizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in property management software and basic computer applicationsExperience in customer service or hospitality is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications such as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) are a plus
