Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager based in St Louis, MO. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams, maintaining high customer service standards, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and market share. The Hotel Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholdersProven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsUnderstanding of Marketing principles to support promotional campaigns and business development initiativesAbility to collaborate, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisionsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of hotel operations is a strong advantage
