Its solutions are found in some of the most well-known names in the Healthcare, Personal Care, Household, and Food and Beverage markets.OverviewThe TekniPlex Healthcare Strategic Marketing team is seeking a summer intern to help us better understand our markets, customers, and competitive landscape – and translate those insights into stronger growth strategies. This role is designed for students who are curious about why customers buy, how markets evolve, and what drives competitive advantage, not just how to promote products. The individual will work on high-impact projects that inform real business decisions, not just marketing execution.Responsibilities and Learning OpportunitiesAnalyzing and collecting customer feedback, sales insights, and market data to identify growth opportunitiesResearching competitors' positioning, messaging, and strategic movesSupporting development of buyer personas and value propositionsMapping industry trends that could shape future strategyEvaluating how our marketing and sales messaging aligns with customer needs and TekniPlex Healthcare strategyCreate presentations for commercial team and senior leadership summarizing research findingsMinimum Skills, Knowledge And Ability RequirementsCurrent pursuit of a full-time undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business with a Marketing concentration, or Business Analytics. Post-graduate candidates seeking an MBA are also strongly encouraged to apply.
