NPI Engineer 4
Job Responsibilities Responsible for qualifying, characterizing, and transferring Analog/Mixed Signal IC products from prototype samples to mass volume production per schedule.
Perform reliability qualification (ESD, LU, HTOL & Package qualification) as well as product characterization over process voltage & temperature, statistical data analysis & report generation.
Interface with internal (Marketing, Design, Manufacturing Groups) and external (Customer, Vendors) groups.
Work with cross‑functional teams as a project lead and help drive project milestones to support timely release to production, cost reduction, and yield improvement.
Support package/process qualification.
Customer support (product issues, customer reports, customer meetings, etc.).
Ensure product quality by driving DPPM to Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical) or equivalent.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, especially in Analog/Mixed Signal devices using CMOS process.
Candidate must demonstrate good failure analysis techniques, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to resolve device performance and yield issues related to design, test, package, or process problems.
Strong project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of ESD, LU testing, burn‑in‑board (BIB) design is a plus.
Experience in characterization data collection, analysis, and statistical capability analysis using common tools is a plus.
Experience in validating ATE PVT with controlled GRR experiments; guard banding test limits: system/process/mechanical/PVT variance.
Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 100,000.00 to USD 160,000.00.
