Electrical Senior Project Manager

Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to support a strong and growing pipeline of construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in leading large-scale infrastructure or building projects and managing teams through all phases of construction. The right candidate will play a critical role in driving project success through leadership, coordination, and strategic oversight. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong backlog, collaborative leadership, and long-term career growth.ResponsibilitiesLead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project close-outMaintain a comprehensive understanding of project contracts, stakeholders, and key prioritiesPrepare and submit monthly project status reports outlining progress, risks, and critical issuesSecure required permits and verify subcontractor insurance complianceSchedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure effective coordination and executionSupervise, manage, and evaluate project team members; set goals and drive performanceTrain and develop team members through mentorship and internal/external development opportunitiesProvide overall administrative and technical leadership for assigned projectsMaintain project documentation and oversee correspondence trackingBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and project partnersSupport business development efforts through participation in proposals and presentationsQualifications7-9 years of construction experience requiredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldProven experience managing projects from start to finish successfullyStrong ability to build and negotiate relationships with owners and subcontractorsMinimum 4 years of experience leading, mentoring, and evaluating teamsSolid understanding of construction operations, project controls, and financial managementStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in engineering, business, or a related fieldExperience working on large-scale infrastructure or complex construction projectsBackground in sectors such as transportation, utilities, aviation, or heavy civil constructionFamiliarity with alternative delivery methods and sustainability practicesCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150K - $160K (depending on experience)Performance bonusesStrong benefits packageStable project backlogCareer advancement opportunitiesApply / ContactFor confidential consideration, contact Lee Stevicks directly at (605) 705-3635 or send resumes to lee.stevicks@gogpac.com
