Sales Representative - Twinsburg, OH - JOB 26-00350Salary Range: $100K (guaranteed first year) + ($30K base + commission) Full-Time Permanent Position with BenefitsShift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMA Twinsburg, Ohio area manufacturing firm that is seeking to hire an experienced dynamic results-driven professional Sales Representative for a high-growth opportunity. The ideal candidate must be capable of penetrating new markets, manage key accounts, and drive profitability through a consultative sales approach.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and secure new customers through cold calling, in-person visits, and presentationsAccount Management: Maintain and grow relationships within assigned territories to ensure maximum retentionSales Strategy: Develop annual business plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed quotasConsultative Selling: Create clear, effective written proposals and quotations tailored to client needsMarket Analysis: Track sales trends and stay updated on competitive activities and market conditionsCRM Management: Maintain accurate records using ACT software and provide regular reports to managementRequirements:Experience: 3–5 years of business-to-business sales experience (knowledge of non-ferrous metals preferred)Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experienceSkills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software (ACT, Sage/MAS, or Constant Contact)Aptitude: Strong mathematical skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindsetAvailability: Must have a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for client visits and trade showsAttributes: Impeccable business etiquette, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
