Home Health RN - Bronx and Brooklyn, NY - $68/hr Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Pay Rate: $68 per hour Locations: Bronx and Brooklyn Borough, NY Commitment: 13 weeks Schedule: Minimum of 3 days per week; flexibility appreciated 4 visits per day, totaling 7.25 hours Charting and Documentation: All electronic Charting Documentation to be completed at the time of the visit Submission of documentation within 24 hours after the visit via HHA Exchange System Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of Home Care Head-to-Toe assessment experience Equipment Provided: Tablet provided for documentation purposes Orientation Details: 1 full day of paid orientation at $35 per hour No shadowing provided during orientation
