We are looking to connect with experienced Recruiters to support ongoing hiring needs across a variety of roles. This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment while partnering with internal teams to meet hiring goals.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building pipelines, and contributing to a growing team.Key Responsibilities:Support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple rolesSource candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreachScreen and qualify candidates based on position requirementsCoordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelinesMaintain accurate records in internal systemsPartner with team members to support hiring prioritiesProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the processQualifications:2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environmentExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume settingStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience with applicant tracking systems preferredPreferred Background:Experience recruiting for commercial, operations, or industrial-related rolesFamiliarity with local hiring marketsStrong sourcing and relationship-building skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
