Ensure the reconstruction team is delivering the highest quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers. Implement company policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and train Project ManagersConduct weekly audits of ongoing projectsAssist in locating subcontractors, negotiate vendor pricingSet and maintain sales goals for estimating teamConduct quarterly performance reviews with all Project ManagersQualificationsSuperb customer service track recordExperience in running a midsize construction divisionEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredHigh school diploma/GEDProven ability to manage multiple teamsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment RequirementsExposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsCompensation: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
