DescriptionBe the Voice of Service at a Leading Waste & Recycling CompanyAugment Human Resource Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work on-site at one of our premier waste and recycling partners. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer calls, respond to service inquiries, take orders, and resolve complaints—ensuring every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and focused on solutions.If you're dependable, patient, and take pride in helping others, we want you on the front lines of this essential industry.What You'll DoAs a CSR on-site at a trash company, you'll support customers across residential, commercial, and industrial service lines.
