Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Programmer Analyst in Jupiter, FL.Duties Include: Design, development, and deployment of data and analytics solutions to support nuclear operations and decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to understand data needs and develop effective solutionsImplement data pipelines, data warehousing, and ETL processes to ensure high-quality and accessible dataDesign and build strong foundational data pipelines for AI initiativesExperience with real-time and IOT data is a plusExperience with different data management efforts (Data quality, Data Governance, Retention, Privacy and Data SecurityDevelop advanced analytical models and algorithms to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvementAnalyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, integrates, customizes, and enhances existing or new systemsApplies appropriate Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technologyAutomates the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps)Participates in the change management and service ticket management processes, including receiving, resolution monitoring and ensuring customer satisfactionLeads projects when needed and builds strong working understanding of the solution being deliveredEnsures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of more complex problemsDesigns, develops and tests experimental application work to test new ideas with bounded cost and timeframesSkillsProficiency in programming languages such as SQL, and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes and data visualization tools - Power BI, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentKnowledge of industry regulations and standards related to nuclear data management and securityExpert knowledge with Oracle, Databricks, SQL-SQL, PostgreSQLHands on knowledge on Power BI Architect, AWS DMS, Microsoft Co-pilot, Microsoft StudioFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS and GCP) and their data servicesFamiliarity with Open Search and Neo4JExperience with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in the nuclear sector is a plusKnowledge in Gen AI is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
