Globe Life is looking for a Quality Director to join the team!In this role, you will oversee a team of SGAs and be responsible for increasing quality business, setting up agency systems, and reviewing the best profitable practices with SGAs. You will build lasting relationships with SGAs and bring lasting value to the territory.This is a remote/work from home position.What You Will DoIncrease retention of AIL/NILICO business.Set up systems for SGA offices that maximize long-term profit.Increase agencies' conservation of policies.Track agencies' short-term and long-term retention of business.Develop quality plans with agencies and track their progress.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Can BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Insurance experience required.Experience in a similar role preferred.Ability to review business and monitor upfront business performance.Strong focus on quality systems within the business.Demonstrated focus on supporting, improving, and tracking profitable business outcomes.How American Income Life Will Support YouLooking to continue your career in an environment that values your contribution and invests in your growth?
