CNC ProgrammerPosition OverviewWe're an established Aerospace Manufacturer, and we are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components in accordance with engineering specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming techniques and the ability to work with complex geometries, especially in the aerospace sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operationsSet up and operate CNC machines including lathes and millsInterpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in productionConduct test runs to ensure the quality of machined partsModify existing programs to improve efficiency and qualityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining processesCollaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project requirementsQualificationsProven experience as a CNC ProgrammerExperience with 5-axis machining is preferredBackground in aerospace/precision manufacturing or investment castings is an advantageUnderstanding of AS9100 standards and GD&T principlesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBenefits401kMedical, Dental, Vision insurancePaid Time Off Email Your Resume In Word ToHector.Ibave@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
