This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity, the position requires Reno local residency and in-office work. We are not able to sponsor visas at this time.Job Summary (Purpose Of Role)We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and system integrations across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements and independently designing and implementing scalable software solutions.The position requires consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance, including application architecture, system design, data structures, and integration strategies. The role operates with limited supervision and contributes to technical standards, system performance optimization, and long-term platform evolution.Essential Functions (Primary Responsibilities)Software Design & Systems AnalysisAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, system designs, and application architecturesDesign and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions across frontend and backend systemsEvaluate system requirements and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural approachesExercise independent judgment in determining design patterns, data structures, and implementation strategiesFrontend Development (React)Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworksArchitect user interface components and state management solutionsOptimize application performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibilityCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver intuitive and effective user experiencesBackend Development & API EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / C#Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integration servicesDevelop business logic, authentication mechanisms, and data validation processesEvaluate and improve system performance, scalability, and reliabilityData Architecture & IntegrationDesign and maintain database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL ServerDevelop and optimize data integration workflows, APIs, and ETL processesEnsure data integrity, consistency, and system interoperabilityAnalyze and resolve complex data-related issues using independent technical judgmentDevOps & Software LifecycleDesign and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release processesUtilize Git-based version control and Azure DevOps for source management and collaborationEstablish and follow development standards, code review practices, and documentation protocolsTroubleshoot complex system issues across environments and implement long-term solutionsTechnical CollaborationParticipate in defining technical standards, best practices, and architectural directionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectivesCommunicate technical concepts, risks, and recommendations to stakeholdersSecondary ResponsibilitiesProvide limited, non-routine support for application-related issues requiring advanced technical analysisParticipate in system maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning activitiesSupport troubleshooting of production issues requiring root cause analysis and resolutionEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Relevant certifications in software development, cloud platforms, or DevOps are a plusExperience Required4–6+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworksExperience developing backend systems using .NET / C#Experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrationsStrong experience with SQL Server and data modelingExperience working in collaborative development environments (Agile/Scrum)Preferred ExperienceExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or integration platformsKnowledge of secure coding practices and application security principlesExposure to enterprise systems integrations (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services)Core Competencies / SkillsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to independently design and implement complex systemsStrong attention to detail in software design and data handlingEffective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutionsContinuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologiesSalary commensurate with experience to include education and certifications. Salary Range: $95,000 – $125,000 annuallyDunham offers a complete benefits package to full-time employees who regularly work more than 30 hours per week.
