Store Manager

Job Summary Basic Burger Tysons West is hiring for a Store Manager. We are looking for a charismatic personality who will put the customer needs first and posses a great attention to detail. A strong knowledge of kitchen operations as well as point of sale is a must. A neighborhood fast casual spot with many local families visiting often as well as out-of-towners from the nearby hotel and shopping center. No late nights , we close at 9pm. Additionally you will have consecutive days off. Schedule will be the same week to week with the rare change due to business needs. Duties include maintaining front of house appearance and cleanliness, answering customer questions and concerns, assuring proper safety and sanitation standards are followed, running expo during the rush , placing food and disposables orders, as well as working the line and fryers and opening/closing checklist and cleaning task nightly. Schedule - Subject to change based on business needs but will be the same week to week unless business requires a temporary change Monday - Off Tuesday - Off Wednesday - 10:30am-9:30pm Thursday - 10:30am-9:30pm Friday - 10:30am-9:30pm Saturday - 9:30am-3:30pm Sunday 9:30am - 8:30pm Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences Work with Kitchen supervisor to ensure all product is prepared correctly and the quantities are correct. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising. Oversee POS (Point of Sale) system management for accurate financial transactions Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment to the highest standard Monitor sales performance metrics, manage budgets, and develop action plans to achieve store targets Maintain effective communication with staff and customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards Qualifications You will need to have Virginia Food Handlers card. If you do not we will pay for you to go to the class but you must pass the class if hired. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively Excellent communication skills; bilingual spanish abilities are a plus Customer service excellence Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a fast-casual setting is highly desirable Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
