RN Clinical Manager - VNA Care- Canton / Needham Team

VNA Care is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our Needham/Canton leadership team.This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.Location: VNA Care, 150 Royal Street, Canton, MA 02021Schedule: 3 Days on site in the Canton office: 8a-4:30p and 2 Days Remote: 8a-4:30pSalary Range: $100,000 - $136,000Experience:Home care experience.3 years clinical experience1 year of leadership experience.Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of ParticipationPossess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team effortsExperience working with a union clinical team preferredEducation:Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, from an accredited programActive Professional License to practice in MassachusettsBLS certification preferredOASIS certification is preferredCompany Benefits:We offer a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Generous PTO and Holiday time.
