Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with opportunities for remote work combined with in-office tasks. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Other responsibilities include creating sales strategies, delivering presentations, and maintaining CRM records to achieve and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing dealsStrong Communication and Negotiation skills for building client relationships and effectively pitching offeringsExperience in CRM tools and Sales Technologies, with the ability to manage data and track progressOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple prospects and deadlines efficientlyAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environment, effectively collaborating both remotely and in-personBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredPrior experience in B2B sales or facility management services is a strong advantage
