We are committed to building highly scalable, resilient, and intelligent software platforms that power next-generation semiconductor design at global scale.Role OverviewWe are seeking a DevOps CI/CD Software Engineering Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operation of advanced CI/CD platforms supporting EDA toolchains and large-scale, mission-critical software systems. This role combines technical depth with people leadership, requiring a strong ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while driving strategic DevOps initiatives across the organization.As a leader, you will define and execute the roadmap for CI/CD infrastructure, partner with cross-functional engineering and silicon design teams, and establish best practices that enable scalable, reliable, and high-velocity development workflows. You will play a critical role in elevating engineering productivity, quality, and operational excellence across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps and CI/CD engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementOwn the architecture, scalability, and reliability of enterprise-wide CI/CD platforms supporting EDA and large-scale software systemsDefine and drive the CI/CD and automation strategy, aligning with broader engineering and business objectivesPartner with software engineering, FPGA/ASIC design, and validation leadership to streamline development, integration, and release processesOversee the development of robust automation frameworks for build, test, release, and infrastructure orchestrationEstablish and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, artifact management, and release governanceDrive adoption of AI/ML-driven automation and observability to improve pipeline efficiency, detect issues early, and reduce cycle timeEnsure production CI/CD systems meet high standards for availability, performance, scalability, and securityLead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts across CI/CD infrastructureInfluence and guide organizational DevOps maturity, setting standards and driving consistency across teamsThe pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.$187.0K - $270.7K USDWe use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for the position.
