A licensed stylist who leads from the chair. You'll spend the majority of your shift cutting while supporting team development, shop operations, and the client experience. This is not a booth rental and not a title-only position. This is a working leader role for someone who takes pride in both their craft and their team.What You’ll Do:Behind the Chair:Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shavesBuild client relationships that drive rebooking and retentionLeadership & Shop Operations:Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethicSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of new team membersCoach staff on performance metrics (rebooking rate, average ticket, retail sales, and service time)Enforce Diesel standards and procedures (service steps, appearance guidelines, cash handling, phone etiquette, appointments)Assist with cash drawer accuracy, deposits, and end-of-day proceduresHandle client concerns professionally What We’re Looking For: Active Cosmetology license in PAProven skill in men's cuts, fades, and razor workPrior leadership or team lead experience preferredAvailable nights and weekendsReliable, professional, and solution-orientedSchedule / Expected Work Hours:Must be available during shop open hoursWho We AreDiesel Barbershop isn’t your typical barbershop — we’re busier, louder, and built around team culture.
