Experienced Residential Painter (Growth to Crew Lead)

North Indy Pro Painters – Noblesville / Fishers / Carmel /& surrounding areas North Indy Pro Painters is a growing residential painting company looking for an experienced painter who wants more responsibility and growth, not just a paycheck. We’re hiring an experienced painter with the opportunity to move into a Crew Lead / Crew Chief role within 2–4 weeks based on performance, communication, and leadership interest. What You’ll Be Doing (Initial Role) Interior & exterior residential painting Kitchen cabinet painting Prep, cut-in, rolling, spraying (as needed) Following our quality standards and job processes Working directly with ownership during a short trial period Communicating clearly about progress, materials, and issues Growth Opportunity (Important) This role is not just a painter position. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of residential painting experience (required) Comfortable working independently Strong communication skills (non-negotiable) Interest in leadership and growth (not required, but preferred) Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Must be professional with clients and teammates What This Is NOT Not a “show up whenever” job Not a subcontractor position Not a guaranteed crew chief title on day one Not a position for people who struggle with communication or consistency. Leadership is earned, not assumed. Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Clear raise path when moving into Crew Lead role Consistent work for the right person Crew Lead pay increase comes after successfully running jobs and managing a helper independently.
