Job Requirements To join our team as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:At least 21 years of ageA minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 yearsA valid Class A CDLWillingness to obtain a Hazmat endorsementNo convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 yearsNo DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 yearsNo license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations within the last 5 yearsNo serious traffic violations in the past 12 months (including speeding 15+ mph over the limit, following too closely, improper passing, or a fatal CMV-related offense)No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 yearsNo preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 yearsEssential Job Functions:Our drivers are expected to perform the following physical and operational tasks as part of the role:Open and close trailer doors (requires up to 46 lbs of force)Hook and unhook trailers (requires up to 90 lbs of force)Load, unload, or shift freight as needed (requires up to 54 lbs of force)Perform accurate freight counts and complete fuel ticketsConduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and complianceEnter and exit commercial vehicles and trailers (from ground level)Drive for extended periods and sit upright for long durationsMaintain regular and predictable attendanceNot sure if you meet every requirement?We encourage you to apply anyway.
