Your mission
Own troubleshooting across PLCs, AC/DC motor controls, electrical drives, and high‑voltage systems (within site limits)
Demonstrate uncompromising safety—PPE, procedures, and active engagement in CMC Safety Programs
Service a wide range of assets: mobile equipment, HVAC, shop machinery, PLC networks, and cranes
Interpret complex electrical/electronic schematics to find root cause quickly
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance: repairs, replacements, calibrations, assemblies, installations, and testing
Coordinate with ARP Planners to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities
Document time, materials, and corrective actions accurately in the SAP maintenance module
Support maintenance and production with expert technical guidance
Keep your immediate work area orderly and clean
Use diagnostic instruments: digital voltmeter, multi‑meter, paper recorder, oscilloscope, and more
What it takes
Logical, analytical problem solver who thrives under pressure and juggles multiple priorities
Strong electrical controls maintenance/repair skills and AC/DC troubleshooting experience
Solid understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics; committed to electrical safe work practices (NFPA 70E preferred)
Experience with Siemens or other PLC platforms preferred
Exposure to melting, casting, and rolling processes is advantageous
3+ years in industrial maintenance preferred
Comfort working at heights and on your feet for extended periods
MRO/SAP experience preferred
Available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
