The ideal candidate will have experience in system design, complex analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, possess good communication skills, and own a large component of a system. This candidate must have the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.Key job responsibilities include:Working with an interdisciplinary team to execute product designs from concept to production including design, prototyping, validation, testing and certificationSupporting a technical team on multiple projects in parallelCoordinating all activities within the engineering discipline for the projectEnsuring coordination with other disciplines is effective for each projectUnderstanding of technical principles and concepts in Electrical EngineeringWriting and developing functional specifications, design verification plans and test proceduresDesigning and implementing complex embedded system, analog and digital circuit design and systems debuggingSupporting product releases to manufacturing and customer deploymentsExecuting tasks to tight schedulesEstablishing development processes to meet industry standards for functionally safe control systems (IEC 61508)
