Lot Attendant Manager – Action Power Sports Are you someone who loves the outdoors, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for power sports? Action Power Sports is looking for a motivated, hands-on Lot Attendant Manager to lead our yard operations and keep our inventory moving safely and efficiently! This is not your average desk job — you'll be out in the action year-round, working with motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, and playing a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. What You'll Do Operate forklifts to safely move and organize motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs Manage and maintain the lot layout for maximum efficiency and visual appeal Lead and support lot staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time Assist with loading/unloading incoming and outgoing units Keep the lot clean, organized, and customer-ready in all seasons Work outdoors year-round in a dynamic, ever-changing environment Coordinate with sales and service teams to prioritize unit movement What We're Looking For Forklift experience (or willingness to learn — we'll train the right person!)
