Real Estate - Branch Director

Job Description Description:ObjectivesTo create a "Model Branch" consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Core Values.To grow the Branch to "Optimum" levels in terms of goal-oriented Agents, individual productivity, and market share within the Primary Market Area (PMA).To build a team of Agents who collectively achieve and exceed branch goals in listings, sales units, and Same Customer Service Level (SCSL) across all core businesses (Hunt Mortgage, Network Title Agency, Hunt Insurance, The Realty Club).Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentCollaborate with the Regional General Manager and Business Development Manager to: Define the Branch Primary Market Area (PMA)Assess current and target market shareEvaluate current branch capacity and determine optimal sales staff sizeSelectionMake final hiring decisions for all Agents, independently or with input from the Business Development Manager.TrainingLead group and one-on-one coaching sessions to develop Agent sales skillsUtilize the "Integrity Coaching" system for personal production coachingTrain Agents on tools and systems such as: Profit Power, ProShow, Customer Service Center, LeadRouterCollateral Analytics, Agent Dashboard (Agent Achieve), huntrealestate.comHuntUniversity.com, TeamERA, Seller Select, Hunt Hotline, Buy Design programGuide Agents in effective Listing Inventory Management and marketing strategiesManagementPartner with Regional GM and CFO to develop monthly and annual goals (listings, unit sales, volume, and SCSL)Ensure compliance with: Corporate policies and proceduresLocal MLS rules, NAR Code of Ethics, State License RegulationsSubmit required monthly reportsHire, train, and manage Branch administrative personnelOversee lead management and inbound prospect activityMaintain Branch facilities and ensure appropriate staffing during business hoursCreating a Motivational EnvironmentPromote the Company Vision, Mission, Core Values, and differentiatorsBuild a high-performance sales culture through: Recognition of Agent achievementsWeekly sales and training meetingsField-based leadership and example-settingEncouraging agent presence and engagementEstablish peer accountability by: Participating in Lifeline Groups and Leadership ForumsSupporting formation of Agent Forums within the BranchConduct annual elections for at least 3 Branch Agent Advisors Hold monthly meetings with AdvisorsAppoint a Senior Advisor for regional representationDevelop and execute team-building events and promotions within the approved financial planRequirements:QualificationsEducation / CertificationBachelor's Degree in Business or a related fieldCompletion of advanced courses in management and leadershipAssociate Broker License required Experience RequiredMinimum of five (5) years of successful experience in real estate sales or a related industry such as mortgage, insurance, banking, or relocationMinimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experienceSkills / AbilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsEffective presentation and public speaking skillsProven leadership and interpersonal abilitiesStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and execute plans to meet monthly and annual objectivesCollaborative mindset with ability to work well alongside the Business Development Manager, General Manager, and department teamsPassion for team-building and fostering a positive, high-performance culture
