In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional outcomes that meet both customer and business requirements.What You'll DoAttend the office twice per month (middle and end of each month); dates and times will be communicated in advanceLead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test casesExecute and oversee manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, performance, and reliabilityDrive regression testing efforts to validate system stability across releasesIdentify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring high-quality outcomesPartner closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure seamless integrationParticipate in design and requirements reviews, providing expert QA input to improve product quality early in the lifecycleProvide actionable feedback on usability, functionality, and overall system performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality product deliveryMonitor and report on QA metrics, test progress, and defect trends to stakeholdersChampion QA best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiativesMentor and support junior QA team members as neededStay current with emerging QA tools, technologies, and industry best practicesQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with demonstrated ownership of testing strategy and deliveryStrong expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices across the SDLCHands-on experience with both manual and automated testing frameworksStrong working knowledge of SQL and scripting languagesExperience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworksExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindsetExperience contributing to or leading Knowledge Management and QA process improvementsExperience working within Agile teams or formal training in Scrum or Agile methodologies is considered a strong asset.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job function.
