We are looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Representative who thrives outside the office and is passionate about making a real impact.This is not a desk job—we need a true Closer.Your mission is simple: Find clients and caregivers, close them, and help them sign the required documents.The RoleAs a Field Sales Representative, you will spend the majority of your time in the field—connecting directly with families, referral sources, and community partners. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying needs, building trust, and guiding families through the process of joining our home care services.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and connect with individuals and families who need home care servicesBuild trust, handle objections, and close new client service agreementsManage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreementMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsGrow client census and increase service hours within your territoryRepresent Bunny Home Care professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activitiesAttend community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activitiesAnalyze territory data to identify high-potential prospectsCreate and execute weekly field sales and outreach plansCollaborate with the Sales Manager on strategies to improve performanceMaintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and resultsConduct quarterly check-in calls with active clients to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvementGuide the onboarding journey for new caregivers and clients to ensure a seamless and welcoming transition into the agencyOversee documentation and ensure all new hires complete the required onboarding modules and regulatory paperworkMaintain accurate records of leads, meetings, results, and personnel compliance filesQualifications3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the home care industryStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust quickly with clients and familiesHighly organized with strong time management skillsProfessional appearance and a compassionate, service-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently in a field-based roleFlexibility with working hours when neededValid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicleWillingness to travel within and across assigned territories📍 Location: 210 W Grant St, Suite 101, Lancaster, PA 17603, USA🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:15 AM – 04:15 PMBenefitsHoliday PayPaid Time OffHealth InsuranceOur missionAs the premier home care agency in the community, our mission at Bunny Home Care is to continue providing high-quality care and support to our clients and their families.
