A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - ICU/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM/n• 36 guaranteed hours per week/n• Every other weekend commitment (Friday/Saturday nights)/n• No call requirements/n• Patient ratios range from 1:1, 1:2, to 1:3/n• 2 years of ICU experience required/n• Must have comprehensive assessment skills/n• Experience with care of septic patients required/n• Experience with mechanically ventilated patients and hemodynamic monitoring devices required/n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, FH EKG exam at time of submittal/n• Preferred experience with CRRT and Epic/n• Floating required to other inpatient areas when home unit has low census/n• Work with equipment including Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, EV 1000/n• Use Epic EMR system/n• Care for patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric disorders/n• Must wear navy scrubs, hoodies not acceptable/n• Report to 3 east in Tower building and park in employee parking (yellow lined spots)/n• Orientation includes modules, Epic training if needed, and one day of unit orientation/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare organization operates a comprehensive 30-bed Adult Intensive Care Unit providing critical care services for complex medical conditions.
