Pay Rate: $16.50 / hourLima Murray Management is currently hiring a Openers/Closers to join our network!Reports to: Restaurant ManagerOverviewA Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards, recipes and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package orders and serve to guestsUnderstand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment and guest areasStocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)Follow speed of service standardsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasEducation/Experience:* NoneKey CompetenciesWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetWear Headset while assisting guests in drive thru if applicable.Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 40 lbs (if applicable)Working in a small spaceMany Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
