You'll receive training and guidance from experienced Process Technicians as you learn the ropes — and eventually take the lead on setups yourself.Key Responsibilities:Assist with mold and die changeovers under the guidance of a Process TechnicianLearn to perform machine startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasksEnsure product quality using gauges and measuring tools (training provided)Maintain accurate production counts and follow safety proceduresIdeal Candidate Has:Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learnBasic understanding of hand tools, fasteners, and mechanical partsDependability and a positive, team-oriented attitudeDesire to grow into a more advanced technical roleAbout Aladdin Temp-RiteAladdin Temp-Rite has been the trusted leader in meal delivery systems for healthcare foodservice for over 50 years.
