Contractor employees will be subject to counterintelligence (CI) focused polygraph examinations based upon where they are assigned in the FBI and whether they will be processed for a category of SCI access.Core Hours : The Contractor's normal workday will typically be within the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Core work hours are 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. ETAbout The RoleTrilogy Innovations is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support a federal customer in a fully remote capacity. This is an opportunity to contribute to a multi-year initiative focused on modernizing large-scale, mission-critical systems that support essential government operations.In this role, you will support Agile delivery teams by helping coordinate work, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. You will work alongside experienced Scrum Masters and delivery leaders while developing your skills in Agile execution, team facilitation, and program delivery within a federal environment.This role is ideal for someone early in their Scrum Master career who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to meaningful, high-impact work.Who You AreYou are an emerging Scrum Master or Agile professional who is eager to build your experience in a structured, team-oriented environment. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, both for yourself and the teams you support.You are interested in working in a federal, compliance-driven environment and understand the importance of accountability, security, and mission impact.What you will DoSupport Agile teams in delivering projects using Scrum or similar methodologiesAssist in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesHelp track team progress, sprint commitments, and key delivery metricsWork with Product Owners and team members to maintain and refine backlogsIdentify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies to senior team membersCoordinate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of workSupport documentation and communication of team activities and progressLearn and apply Agile best practices to improve team performance over timeHigh-level objectives may include supporting initiatives such as:Modernizing legacy systems into cloud-based environments (AWS GovCloud)Supporting transition efforts to microservices and container-based platformsAssisting with implementation of enhanced search and data capabilitiesContributing to improvements in system performance and scalabilityHow Success Is MeasuredSuccess in this role is defined by your ability to support team delivery, build foundational Agile skills, and contribute to a collaborative and productive team environment.
