2026 - 2027 School YearPosition DescriptionDundee-Crown High School is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of assistant athletic director for the Fall season. Must be organized, flexible, self-motivated, able to take direction from the direct supervisor, and able to work with parents, students, coaches, and the Booster Club.Performance Responsibilities/Requirements/QualificationsPrevious experience as an athletic director or assistant athletic director at the high school level is preferred.Work in cooperation with Athletic DirectorAdminister and supervise designated athletic contests and programsMeet regularly with the Athletic Director and coachesAssist in the hiring process of athletic coachesAct as a liaison between coaches and Athletic DirectorHelp manage designated conference, state or invitational contests hosted by the high schoolAssist the Athletic Director in determining schedules, facility use, budgets, purchasing of supplies, coaching assignments, officials and transportationAssist in equipment maintenance, management of storage and inventoryShall work an average of three events per weekAny away events must be agreed upon by both the Athletic Director and Seasonal Assistant Athletic DirectorAssist with social media postings and the video boardOther duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or building principal that would naturally align with the position.Application ProceduresApply online.Selection ProcessApplicants will be reviewed by the Athletic Director or hiring supervisor.
