RFID Project Specialist Intern
Job DescriptionCheckpoint Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support RFID retail initiatives focused on major retailers in Northwest Arkansas. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to retail technology, product development, inventory visibility solutions, and real-world RFID applications within a fast-paced retail environment.QualificationsJob DutiesAssist with identifying products and categories requiring RFID taggingWalk retail stores to observe product placement, tagging opportunities, and compliance trendsCollect product samples for RFID testing and evaluationHelp identify tagging challenges on various product types and packaging formatsSupport organization and tracking of samples, data, and project materialsAssist with retailer and supplier project coordination activitiesParticipate in product testing, competitive reviews, and innovation projectsProvide general project support for RFID initiatives tied to retail operations and supply chain visibilityQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a college or university program in Business, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyComfortable visiting retail stores and handling physical product samplesInterest in retail technology, supply chain, operations, or innovation preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)What You’ll GainExposure to leading RFID and retail technology solutionsHands-on experience supporting large retail programsExperience working cross-functionally with retail, operations, and product teamsNetworking opportunities within the retail and technology industriesReal-world project experience in a growing technology sectorJob Type: Internship, Non-ExemptLocation Northwest Arkansas- BentonvillePay: $21.00 per hour
