Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Live Fire Grill Cook to join our team. This role is responsible for cooking and preparing menu items over open flame, maintaining high standards of quality, and executing service with speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Cook and prepare menu items using a live fire / Santa Maria grill Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Ensure all food meets quality, presentation, and timing standards Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen team during service Support prep and station readiness as needed Qualifications: 1+ year experience as a grill cook, preferably with live fire Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety standards Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Team-oriented with strong communication skills Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible full-time employees) Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee dining discounts Supportive, team-focused work environment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment Legal Notices: Fia Steak is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
