We're supported by top, mission-driven VCs to empower families throughout the country.The Role:We are looking for a Clinical Seller to join us as a Territory Representative. This is a Full-Time opportunity based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a quota-carrying sales position responsible for owning a specific territory and driving predictable referral volume. You will be expected to own your territory, building high-leverage relationships with Case Management Agencies, Primary Care Physicians, Therapy Clinics, etc. Your job is to install Abby Care as the default referral protocol for these providers.Key Responsibilities:New Provider AcquisitionOwn the full sales cycle from initial outreach through provider commitment through Qualified Lead processingEngage physicians, administrators and clinical decision makers to drive adoptionNavigate clinical objections, compliance considerations and operational workflowsConvert qualified leads into signed participationPipeline & ExecutionMaintain a clean, accurate pipeline in SalesforcePrioritize high-intent providers - progress & nurture themForecast accurately and consistently against quotaPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth activation and onboardingMarket & Account FocusFocus on providers, pediatrics, therapists, specialists, case management companies and other clinical practices within assigned territoriesExecute targeted outbound strategiesKey Performance Indicators:Conversion & Funnel Health KPIsThese tell you whether execution is actually workingAverage days from first contact to first leadDrop off rate by funnel stageLead ? SOC rateActivity & Execution KPIsThese are guardrails, not the goal, but matter early.Meaningful provider conversations per weekQualified meetings heldDecision-maker engagement rateTouches per FSA (benchmarking efficiency)Penetration rate within assigned territoryShare of target accounts contactedBehavior & Operating Cadence KPIsThese are expectations, not comp drivers, but enforce standards.Salesforce hygiene score (fields complete, notes logged)On-time forecast submissionsAttendance and preparedness for pipeline reviewsCoaching action plan completionGoals (What Wins the Job)These directly tie to quota and variable comp.Qualified LeadsNet new activated providersFSAs SignedMonthly quota attainment (% to plan)The Requirements:Must currently reside in Colorado Springs, CO or the surrounding areaValid Driver's License3+ Years of Closing Experience: Proven track record in Home Health, Hospice, Pharma, or Med Device sales.Clinical Fluency: Ability to speak the language of a Case Manager (Prior Auth, Acuity, Recertification, ADLs).Salesforce Native: You live in the CRM. You understand that "if it isn't in Salesforce, it didn't happen."A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldThis role will require travel between provider office locations and meetings.
