It is home.” With over 40 years of excellence and recognition as one of the nation’s top senior living operators, we are committed to a people-first culture built on compassion, collaboration, and meaningful connections.Position SummaryThe Sales Director drives occupancy and revenue growth by leading all sales efforts—from lead generation to close—while building strong referral relationships and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed occupancy, revenue, and KPI targetsDrive lead generation through networking, outreach, and eventsExecute strategic sales and marketing plans with leadership teamManage pipeline, leads, and referrals within CRM for accurate tracking and follow-upConduct tours, presentations, and consultations that convert prospects into residentsBuild and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and community organizationsDevelop and manage marketing initiatives and budgets for maximum ROIMonitor local competition and adjust sales strategies accordinglyEnsure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communicationsMaintain a flexible schedule to meet prospect and community needsLeadership & Team DevelopmentPartner with Executive Director to build a strong sales cultureTrain and coach team members on sales process, customer experience, and inquiry handlingLead and support sales team performance (as applicable)Operational ExcellenceMaintain accurate, timely CRM documentation (leads, referrals, metrics)Demonstrate deep knowledge of pricing, services, and care offeringsUphold confidentiality, resident rights, and professional standardsCollaborate across departments to support a seamless move-in experienceQualifications5+ years of senior living sales experience with proven resultsStrong closing skills and relationship-based selling approachExcellent communication, organization, and follow-throughExperience with CRM tools and data-driven sales managementPassion for serving seniors and families
