The primary responsibilities include identifying client insurance needs, offering tailored health insurance solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and handling inquiries related to employee benefits. The role also emphasizes providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.In this role, you will have an opportunity to build and grow a book of business with a great service model and lucrative compensation structure backing you.QualificationsExpertise in Insurance and Insurance Sales, with a focus on health insurance productsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and managing inquiriesKnowledge and understanding of Employee Benefits and associated regulationsProven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-oriented environmentProficiency in maintaining accurate records and handling compliance-related tasksA NYS Life, Accident, & Health Insurance License is requiredPrevious experience in the insurance industry is required
