This role requires strong delivery discipline and the ability to manage large-scale software and migration initiatives with significant business impact. The ideal candidate has experience operating in regulated, operationally intensive environments such as the cruise industry and is comfortable leading programs with 50+ engineers across multiple workstreams.Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, including enterprise software implementations and cloud or platform migrationsOwn senior stakeholder communication, including status reporting, risk management, and decision framingDrive program strategy by translating business objectives into executable delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and outcomesManage multi-team agile or hybrid delivery models, coordinating work across engineering, architecture, security, and business teamsTrack and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex programs with multiple vendors or partnersEstablish and enforce delivery governance, including cadence, reporting standards, and accountability mechanismsPartner with client leadership to ensure alignment between technical delivery and operational or regulatory requirementsMentor delivery leads and project managers, raising the overall execution maturity of the programMinimum Requirements 8 years experience managing large-scale technology programs or enterprise software initiativesProfessional services industry experience leading programs with a large number of engineers across multiple teams or vendorsProven experience managing complex migrations or multi-year software delivery effortsExperience operating in agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar toolsAbility to work on-site or hybrid from Miami, FloridaPreferred Qualifications Experience delivering technology programs within the cruise industry or other highly regulated, operational environmentsExperience managing cloud modernization or large enterprise platform transformation initiativesExperience with implementing Microsoft technologiesExperience working with globally distributed delivery teamsExperience supporting pre-sales activities, including delivery scoping, risk assessment, and execution planningProject management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalentFluency in Italian and EnglishAbout Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
