DescriptionOn-call Rotation: Saturdays & Sundays, once every 6 weeks (as required)On-call Hours: 11:00 PM Friday - 11:00 PM SundayRegular Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to FridayWork Model: Hybrid (onsite presence required for testing or as needed)NOC AnalystUnder the direction of the operations manager, Network Support Specialist is an IT-focused role that is responsible for executing daily responsibilities related to incident management, device monitoring, network troubleshooting, application support, and upgrade project implementation and deployment. An emphasis is placed on assisting in the monitoring and support of A&F's core software and hardware applications. This is a role that demands building strong working relationships with all technical support teams.Responsibilities:Monitoring and support of the store WAN infrastructure (1,100 stores, domestic and international offices)Function as a Jr. Incident Manager in support of high priority incidentsMonitoring and support for store and corporate office network hardware (Domestically andInternationally)Monitoring and support of core applicationsMonitoring and support of the wireless network, SAN and VOIP systemsMonitoring and incident management of A&F Data Centers, Labs, Storage Facilities, and Disaster Recovery FacilitiesWhat Do You Need To Bring?Preferred 4 Year degree in an IT related fieldExperience with Windows OSFamiliarity with Linux based systems and hardwareMust be able to communicate effectively with highly technical associates and executivesKnowledge of mainframe operations (MVS) and/or Oracle Batch processes a plusExperience troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper network equipmentTechnical Services experience in Retail environment a plusAbility to navigate technical issues and evaluate riskAbility to lead and direct the work of others Minimum Qualifications: Preferred 4 Year degree in an IT related fieldJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
