Together, these properties reach 1 billion households across 210 countries and territories and organize more than 500 live events year-round, attracting more than three million fans.Role SummaryWWE is seeking a high performing sales executive to generate new business revenue. The role will focus on identifying and driving revenue opportunities for WWE's media and sponsorship assets in conjunction with our media distribution partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a pipeline of qualified prospects large enough to meet or exceed financial goalsLeverage knowledge and relationships with brands and media agencies to develop revenue opportunitiesExpedite the sales cycle through an understanding of client marketing needs, WWE capabilities, and articulation of WWE's value propositionIdentify client business challenges and translate them into opportunities to sell WWE partnerships and sponsorship solutionsManage client relationships from initial pitch, through closing and transition/onboarding, and long-term strategic account growthCreatively explore upsell and packaging opportunities to create compelling co-sell offerings with our media distribution partnersInspire clients and team members by contributing creative sales ideas that impact overall goals and objectivesBuild deep trusted relationships/partnerships with sponsors, media agencies, and partners in order to serve their interactive marketing needsAccurately forecast revenue and proactively mediate challenges that impede sales growthQualificationsA 10+ year revenue development career track focused on partnership sales with digital media expertise, preferably in consultative selling to Fortune 500 C-level decision makers and/or similar senior level agency decision makersProven track record of successfully closing six and seven-figure media dealsSolid understanding and knowledge of the sports sponsorship/media landscape including industry trends, key players, and terminologyGoal-oriented outlook, with proven experience in building a pipeline of new business and exceeding established financial targetsRobust analytical skills, including market strategy and a value-based selling processHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMotivated by a rewarding, commission-based compensation planStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively inform, motivate, and organize a multi-person sales teamAdvanced negotiating skillsMust be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work in Stamford (CT) and New York CityAbility to travel as required by client and prospect needsBachelor degree requiredPer local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.Hiring Rate Minimum:$123,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:$165,000 annuallyWWE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
