ET OIC Oracle DeveloperWorkstate is seeking an ET OIC Oracle Developer to join our expert team in support of enterprise integration initiatives across Oracle Cloud platforms. In this role, you will design, develop, and support integrations that connect Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing, and related enterprise systems.As a key contributor, you will collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to build reliable data flows, support integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and help ensure successful deployment readiness. This role requires strong Oracle Integration Cloud development experience, practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, and the ability to translate business and system requirements into scalable, maintainable integration solutions.This position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.Job DutiesDesign, develop, and support enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ATP, and related platformsBuild integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud adapters, mappings, orchestrations, and scheduled jobsSupport data flows between Oracle modules and external systemsDevelop and maintain REST, SOAP, file-based, and database integrationsMonitor integration performance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve defectsReview and validate integration builds during CRP, SIT, and UATPartner with functional SMEs to confirm integration logic aligns with business processesSupport deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilizationDocument integration designs, error handling, test results, and operational proceduresApply integration leading practices for reliability, maintainability, and auditability
