Family Medicine - Central New YorkJoin an established group of 4 FM Practitioners and 3 Mental Health providers in a rural-based family practice/gender center to provide primary care for cisgender and TGD youth/adults across the lifespanProvide evidence-based, quality primary care to cisgender and TGD youth and adults, including the provision of gender affirming hormone therapy and pubertal suppressionOne-year non-accredited graduate medical educational program, heavily clinic basedHalf day/week of non-clinical time for self-studyFlexible curriculum based on level of experienceResponsibilities:Participate in GWC interdisciplinary rounds and team meetingsEngage in case review with faculty mentors Take part in team activities/grant implementationAttend didactic trainings and conferences related to TGD health careMeet with other fellows for case review, projects, learning opportunities, supportEngage in efforts to ensure diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in healthcarePractice cultural responsiveness and cultural humilitySalary Range: $320,000 $374,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standardsSign-on bonus up to $200,000Residency stipend up to $45,000Visa sponsorship available - J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome to apply
