Pay Rate: LPN $27-$31 hourly RN $35-$39 hourly Location: Multiple Valley Locations Schedule: Days & Nights Available | Flexible Scheduling We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care home health team. This role provides one-on-one, consistent patient assignments in the comfort of the patient’s home—offering a lower-stress alternative to hospitals and facilities while still delivering high-quality clinical care.
