Their work emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and technical precision across active development projects.Position OverviewThe Stormwater Civil Engineer is a design-focused role centered on stormwater systems, subdivision design, and large-scale land development. This position is primarily production-based, with most of the work focused on technical design and a smaller portion dedicated to project management and coordination. The ideal candidate has strong Civil 3D experience, solid stormwater design capabilities, and the ability to work within U.S. standards or closely related design frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare civil design deliverables for stormwater systems, subdivision layouts, and large-scale land development projectsUse Civil 3D as the primary platform for drafting and design productionSupport stormwater design, drainage layouts, and related civil engineering plansContribute to subdivision and site development design across multiple project phasesAssist with street and utility design coordination where applicablePerform technical production work across approximately 6–7 projects, focusing on assigned portions sequentiallyCoordinate with internal team members to maintain project progress and design qualitySupport project management and coordination activities as neededReview plans and design components for accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project requirementsCommunicate clearly with team members regarding project status, design updates, and technical needsQualificationsRequired Qualifications3-4+ years of experience in civil engineering designStrong experience in stormwater designStrong experience in subdivision and large-scale land development designProficiency in Civil 3D (non-negotiable)Ability to support design production in a detail-oriented, technical roleAbility to work on projects aligned with U.S. standards, laws, and engineering practicesStrong coordination and communication skillsExperience on projects that follow U.S. standards or closely related engineering frameworksFluent in English (C1/C2 level)Preferred QualificationsExperience with street and utility designExperience on large-scale civil engineering developmentsPrior U.S.-based civil engineering experienceWork Environment & CompensationLocation: Remote (LATAM applicants only)Schedule: (US Time Zone / Business Hours)Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)Compensation: $15/hr ($2,600/month)We look forward to reviewing your application.
