Cashier/Server/Customer Service

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to assist customers with their needs and maintain a positive shopping experience will be essential to our success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries. Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing sales transactions. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and care. Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively. Perform basic math calculations for sales and returns. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area. Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory as needed. Support team members in bussing tables or helping in the kitchen during busy periods. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash register operation is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for accurate transaction processing. Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
